Reginald Chapman - Brooklyn, NY
Virginia born low bassist Reginald Chapman is a classically trained Jazzman with a long list of studio credits and extensive touring itineraries with bands including Foxygen, The Mountain Goats, and No BS Brass, of which he is a founding member. Between completing a doctoral degree in jazz studies and touring internationally, Reginald recently released his debut album Prototype. According to Downbeat Magazine Prototype is "foundationally a jazz album that, with its brass- heavy push, recalls the second-line lineage of New Orleans, meshed with the funk-inspired grooves of ’70s fusion.� Reginald currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. and works in big bands (Darcy James Aruge, John Hollenbeck), brass bands (Hot Hand Band, Lucky Chops), and books his own excursions (Bone Apple Tea, Reginald Chapman Quartet). Chapman is an endorsee of Best American Craftsman and has proudly been on the ground floor in the development of their Bass Trombones and Bass Trumpets.

Marcus Tenney - Richmond VA
Marcus Tenney is a multi-instrumentalist, lyricist and producer from Richmond, Virginia. He is a full-time member of Butcher Brown and is the leader of several of his own projects, including The Marcus Tenney Quartet, The Marcus Tenney Trio as well as Tennishu, the self-produced and self-recorded hip-hop arm of his Tennishu Music collection.

Marcus has worked with artists such as: Nicholas Payton, Count Bass D, The Temptations, Terrace Martin, Matthew E. White, Phil Cook, Justin Vernon, Foxygen and many others, performing in venues such as Hollywood Bowl, Sony Center, Brooklyn Steel, The Fonda Theater, Duc De Lombard, London Jazz Cafe, New Morning Paris as well as many others around the world.

Andrew Randazzo - Richmond, VA
Andrew Randazzo is more than just a bassist, composer, and recording engineer. Above all else, he is a music lover. Currently residing in Richmond, VA, he makes a living as a multi-genre freelance acoustic and electric bassist and full time member of the soul fusion quartet, Butcher Brown. Randazzo's musical mission in life is to provide every musical situation with an infectious groove, rooted in tradition, but also stretching the boundaries of the future of music.

Josh Bailey - New York, NY
Independent musician, producer, arranger and educator, Josh Bailey is a freelance drummer/percussionist, who can be seen performing regularly in the metropolitan area of New York City as well as touring both nationally and internationally. With ties to Nashville as a recording artist, touring musician and producer; he has recorded on and/or co-produced numerous albums, artist singles and EP’s in Nashville and NYC (since 2013). Notably, Josh recorded drums on the release of Stephen Sondheim's "The Flag Song" and in the spring of 2017, recorded drums and percussion on the 3rd and 4th season of the Netflix series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Recently, Josh was seen drumming on Saturday Night Live in a digital short with Kyle Mooney and Beck Bennet (2019), and as Music Director and Drummer for pop singer Erin Bowman, Josh performed on Good Morning America and Live! With Kelly and Ryan (2017).

Josh is currently administrative faculty at NYU Steinhardt as the Special Programs Coordinator (Department of Music and Performing Arts Professions) and Adjunct Instructor at NYU Steinhardt - Jazz Studies. Josh also worked with the notable Dafnis Prieto (past mentor) as the final editor of his newly released book "A World of Rhythmic Possibilities - Drumming Lessons and Reflections on Rhythms" (released May, 2016). He performs with The Clubs (Brooklyn, NY) yearly and with the Paul Dunlea Septet at the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival in Cork, Ireland; and in the Spring of 2017 did a tour of India with New York guitarist Shubh Saran (recorded on recent record Hmayra, 2016). Josh has a Masters degree from NYU (2014) in Jazz Instrumental Performance, and two B.M. Undergraduate degrees in Music Education and Classical Percussion Performance from West Chester University. Josh Bailey endorses Sabian Cymbals and Vic Firth Drumsticks.

Julia Chen
Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Julia Chen began studying both jazz and classical piano at an early age. She holds a Bachelors in Jazz Piano Performance and a Bachelors in Psychology from the the Oberlin College and Conservatory in Ohio. Her previous teachers include Marco Benevento, Roberta Piket, Billy Hart, and Dan Wall. She has led, composed, and arranged for groups in New York and Oberlin, performing at venues including the Cutting Room in NYC and the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. She has accompanied ballet, modern, and children's dance classes at the Mark Morris Dance Center, the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, and Marymount Manhattan College.
